Directly through to a person. Very clear about everything, order arrived within timeframe, unfolded and laid flat as per instructions and had no troubles installing. We are over 90 and 80 years old and found the process relativley easy to install following directions.

The seal needed was not a common one - Seal my Fridge went to great and friendly lengths to ensure the correct seal was provided. It was delivered promptly and was very easy to install. Telling people I fixed the fridge sounded like an accomplishment but it was very, very easy. We had been using a spare fridge that didn't work well on hot days. Very grateful to Seal My Fridge

My new seal arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I would definitely give this a go if you have an issue with your fridge or freezer seal. It’s cheap and easy to do it yourself.
